Feedback

The objectives of getting feedback is to:
-   Get others’ opinions about our website
-   Critique our website from other people’s point of view
-   Learn more about survey skills
- Learn to improve from opinions and critique of others

People from all the classes did our survey, with a total of 18 responses and the most from 184 (8 responses).

Most rated an 8 out of 10 for our website. Some reasons for the ratings include:

website was informative
still some missing information
too lengthy
does not work on mobile properly
nice web design
not pleasing, some subpage not organised

Many felt that our website needed improvement, with most feeling that the Comparison of Flights page needs improvement. Most felt that at least a page needed improvement, which made sense because we were only about half finished with our website at the time of the survey.

The next question was about how the part they selected needed improvement can be improved. Responses include:

more pictures, clearer pictures
better contrast with background to enhance readability
shorter length
too wordy
more details
formatting

-   good choice of pictures
-   aesthetics / graphics
-   detailed, lots of information
-   neat, good flow

Do you have any Recommendations on improving the website for other users or any other thoughts and opinions about the website?

Responses include:

Separate the information, especially for Key Airport Partners page
Use of more relevant photos
Could have better choice of fonts
Make it more concise and intuitive

Conclusion

All in all, this feedback session allowed us to gain insights on how others felt about our website. We noticed that different people had different views about our website, and it was interesting to see comments from other people’s point of view because it is usually hard to critique our own work. This also allowed us to look at other people’s websites to help give them suggestions and learn from what we feel was done right on their websites and implement it on ours if applicable.
