How you have contributed to the team in the past weeks to help prepare and complete the project?

 

I did

• ANA Group’s Business activities (what do they do as an airline, stats & numbers)

• List and compare the background information of the Destination Airport of NH842 and Changi Airport

• Air traffic statistics for 2015-2017

• List and comparing the details of the key airport partners for Ground Handlers and Air Traffic Service

• Check in counter set up

• Examine the similarities of both PARs and Examine the differences between both PARs

for the content of the website 

I also helped on Government Agencies and Access Modes

 

On top of all these, I am the leader for this group. I split parts for the my group members

I reminded my group members constantly to do the resarch for the project.

I discussed with them the date we were supposed to meet up for the observation of the flight.

Based on your observation, what are the things which  your team has done well during these past weeks? What have you learned from these observations which you can apply  in future?

My team done well in discussing with each other throughout the project.

We had good communication and we were getting along very well with each other.

I learn that with good communication, we can do well in the project.

Based on your observation, what are the things which  your team could have improved?  What have you learned from these observations which you could take note of when you work in teams in  future?

​

My team could have improved by not using wix. Because wix is very unfriendly as only one person can edit at any one time which brought to us lots of inconvienience. (WIX editor)

Other than that I feel that we did pretty well in terms of teamwork.

How do you find the project?

I find the project pretty fun and interesting as I get to learn many new things like creating a website. There were many content to do and we were quite messed up plus the many presentation and datelines in the same week.

​

 

What are the key take-aways you got from the project?

I learned details of haneda airport, PAR and the use of it, ANA and Finnair. It increased my horizon of the aviation industry even more.

Is there anything you will like to feedback to improve the project?

I feel that it should be clearer that report 1 (individual) is also in an website form because some of us were confused with how a report was supposed to be in the website.
